ENGINE CIRCULATION SYSTEMS

These are our products used as cooling system elements in the automotive industry, which are produced as a result of assembling the QC and connector parts, the molds of which we manufacture in our own structure, at certain angles after the straight diameter raw hose produced in the extrusion line with the specially mixed (EPDM-FKM-AEM-AES) raw material is produced by means of an autoclave machine and special form cores.

Aluminum pipes and special EPDM hoses that are 100% inspected and bent at certain angles are the references we use.

We give the desired shape to flat plastic pipes (PPS-PA series) with the help of hot and compressed air and then we assemble them with QC or connector (Plastic - Aluminum) parts that we produce in accordance with the reference data and make the product ready for use.

Plastic (PA/GF – PP) QC and connectors that we produce from steel molds that we manufacture in our own company according to product data. We can produce by ultrasonic welding or as a single piece.

Thermoplastic Material With the specification or list of specified materials we can support you with single-layer or multi-layer lines in the field of coolant lines, fuel lines and vacuum lines.
