Before the part design is completed, in order to avoid mistakes during the injection and to protect the desired product characteristics; Injection Filling Analysis, Cooling Analysis, Impact and Debris Analysis are done. After the approval of the submitted data to our customer is approved, the design of the part and the mold is started.
